No Games, Yes Nature

Look outside and spot something that is green. Outside is very lovely so we shall smell the fresh misty air for some harmony and peace. Go touch the soft petals of the bright, red roses. Pluck the flowers off from their stems and gift them to your mother to show how much you love her. Go watch the drizzling momentum of the rain fall onto the concrete road. Go hear the birds chirping and the sound of silence. Taste the chocolate chip cookies your mom just took out of the burning oven. Outside is great, so why not just spend your valuable time outside in the nature before it’s too late? Staying inside can damage your mental and physical health in countless ways. Staying inside your home without any exposure to the sun is dangerous. Your body needs up to a minimum of fifteen minutes outside to maintain a fair amount of Vitamin D. If you will be a couch potato in bed, you will gain weight which will result in a pot belly and some loss of eyesight. A remedy to cure inferior eyesight is eating a suitable portion of carrots often. Carrots are rich in beta carotene which your body needs in order to produce Vitamin A. Staying inside and playing games does not have a lot of effects. As Cam Adair in his article entitled “The Negative Effects of Video Games – 12 Symptoms” writes, “When you play games for several hours straight, you forget to eat, drink, and keep yourself healthy” (Adair). Sunlight may also help you lose weight. As Paul Frysh in his article entitled “Sunlight and Your Health” notes, “Scientists think the sun’s rays may shrink fat cells below your skin’s surface” (Frysh).
To sum up, you must spend time outside in order to live a happy and healthy life. Stay happy, kiddos!

I agree with you. I like how you encourage people, especially kids, to go outside and enjoy the beauty of nature. I consider that staying at home to play games is a slow death.
