Walking through the graveyard, Chloe couldn’t shake the feeling that she was being watched.
“I am being watched, I am being watched,” Chloe said to herself anxiously. “I have to take every step carefully and cautiously.”
Chloe couldn’t understand who was watching her and why.
“She is walking away slowly,” whispered the unknown creature to himself. “I have to keep an eye on her.”
“On the count of three I am going to run,” said Chloe to herself. “Three, two, one, run!”
“She is running away,” said the creature about to follow her.
“I am finally out of the graveyard,” said Chloe to herself. “Now I have to go to my step parents before they get angry at me.”
Once Chloe reached her step-parents, she put her pink apron on and started washing the dishes.
“Where were you this whole time?” asked her stepmom.
“I was looking for my parents,” Chloe replied.
“They left you because they hate you,” said Chloe’s stepmom. “You should be grateful I adopted you, you ungrateful little punk.”
“They never left me,” said Chloe.
“You know what, you have inflicted a headache on me,” said the stepmom. “I am locking you in the garage.”
“No please don’t. I will be a good girl,” said Chloe before the stepmom locked the garage door.
After Chloe got locked in the garage, she started thinking about who had been following her when she was in the graveyard looking for her parents’ name.
“Let me just go to sleep,” said Chloe.
Chloe then slowly closed her eyes and went to sleep. The next day when she woke, her stepmom opened the garage door and let her out.
“Thank you for letting me out,” said Chloe.
“Finally! You are finally being grateful for once,” said Tessy. “I am dropping James at school, so I want you to clean the house, vacuum our room and wash the dishes. Understand?”
“Yes, I understand,” replied Chloe.
Once her step-parents left to drop James to school, she got to work. She first cleaned the dishes, vacuumed the house and then went upstairs to vacuum her step-parents room. Once she was done vacuuming, she went to their closet and started to look for information about her parents.
“We’re home,” screamed Tessy from downstairs.
Chloe then rushed down stairs and told Tessy she was done with all her chores.
“I finished my chores,” said Chloe.
“Well, if that’s the case, why do I see a stain on the table?” asked Tessy.
“I swear I looked at the whole table and I never saw that stain,” said Chloe.
“Well, that means you are blind, doesn’t it?” asked Tessy. “You know what, I am putting you in the garage.”
“Wait, I will clean it up,” said Chloe.
“Well, maybe you should have done that before,” said Tessy.
After Tessy punished Chloe for her mistake, she put her in the garage and locked her.
“You can come out now,” screamed Tessy while having an egg and three pieces of bacon at the dinner table with her family.
“Finally!” Chloe whispered to herself joyfully. “Where is my breakfast?”
“We already ate,” said Tessy in a teasing way.
“No, where is mine?” asked Chloe.
“Stop being ungrateful again,” said Tessy. “I am dropping James to school and then I have to go to the salon, so I want you to clean the whole house, okay?”
“Okay,” said Chloe.
Once Tessy and her family left the house, Chloe ran upstairs and went to Tessy’s room to find information about her biological parents.
“What do you think you are doing?” asked Tessy.
“I am digging up information about my real parents,” replied Chloe.
“I already told you, your real parents don’t care about you,” said Tessy.
“Yes they do,” said Chloe.
“You know what I am locking you in the garage because of your awful behavior,” said Tessy.
After being put in the garage, Chloe heard police sirens from outside of the house.
“Where is my daughter?” asked dad.
“In the garage,” replied Tessy.
After Tim, Chloe’s dad, went to the garage:
“Are you okay?” asked Tim.
“Yes,” replied Chloe. “Why did you leave me?”
“It was because of work purposes,” said Tim. “I was really poor but I am finally back on my feet, so now I will take you home with me.”
“Yes, thank you!” exclaimed Chloe.
After that, Tim called the police and the police came and arrested James, Tessy and step-dad.
